After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
If you booked the 1-day/1-park ticket or 1-day/2-park ticket, please proceed to any ticket window located at the front entrance of either Universal Studios® or Universal's Islands of Adventure® theme park to receive your admission ticket to the park of your choice.

If you booked the 2-Park Unlimited Admission Ticket, please proceed to any ticket window located at the front entrance of either Universal Studios® or Universal's Islands of Adventure® to receive your admission ticket. Ticket also includes admission to all paid venues of Universal CityWalk®. Ticket is valid for admission for 7 days, including first day of using any portion of ticket.

Photo ID is required at time of redemption. Voucher may be confiscated if signature or photo ID does not match bearer.
