A 12,000-square-foot, zero-entry splash pool has interactive fountains, a 260-foot slide, and underwater speakers playing rock music. A poolside bar and rock-themed cabanas (surcharge) are additional options. Treadmills, universal machines, and free weights are available at the fitness center (surcharge).
Children enjoy their own splash pool, game arcade, and Camp Lil’ Rock providing nightly supervised childcare activities (surcharge).
Complimentary transportation for guests includes shuttles and water taxis to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and CityWalk, operating frequently from early morning till past midnight. Also, complimentary daily shuttles transport guests to SeaWorld and Wet ‘n Wild.
Additional complimentary options include Universal Express Ride Access (allowing guests to use express theme-park lines), priority reservations at “character dining” experiences at the hotel’s restaurants, and first available seating at all Universal Orlando table restaurants.
